With the same putter head dimensions as the Super Select GOLO 6, Scotty's new SS GOLO 6.5 was designed with a small I-Beam Jet Neck for players who favor a putting stroke with the more arcing toe flow properties of a blade putter.
The key to maintaining the same size, shape and overall head weight with a different neck is the integrated sole plate. Precision milled from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum and lightly misted with clear anodization, this engineered component allowed Scotty to distribute more stainless steel to the putter head's perimeter for increased MOI, balance and feel.
The Super Select GOLO 6 extends Scotty Cameron's proven construction methodology of incorporating complementary materials to achieve desired performance characteristics. With a precision milled 6061 aircraft grade aluminum sole plate expertly designed into the 303 stainless steel putter head, the Super Select GOLO 6 has a higher MOI, optimal weight distribution, superior balance, and excellent feel.
A redesigned I-Beam Jet Neck lays back slightly and employs a seamless shaft-over-spud design for an uninterrupted view of the ball from address in a toe flow-promoting configuration with nearly one full shaft of offset.
