Shipping Policy

Just Say Golf ships within the USA only at this time. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, and USA Territories may incur a shipping charge on most products. Just Say Golf Partners with trusted brands like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to get your items delivered securely and as quickly as possible.

                                                

IN STOCK PRODUCTS

Items that are in stock and purchased before 2pm Pacific, Monday-Friday, will ship same-day. Shipping is free on most products, though some smaller items have a small shipping charge.

UPS 3-Day Select

Drivers, Fairway Woods, Hybrids, Putters, Irons, Putters, and similar items will ship via UPS 3-Day Select with a 1-3 business day transit time. UPS is generally very good and does not experience as many delays.

FedEx Ground/ Home Delivery

Package Sets, Bags, and any larger items will ship via FedEx Ground/ Home Delivery with a 1-6 business day transit time. Please allow for the occasional delay from FedEx.

USPS Priority Mail

Rangefinders, accessories, golf balls, and any smaller items will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a 1-3 business day transit time. Please allow for the occasional delay from USPS.

In the event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will help to locate the package or replace your item.

MANUFACTURER DIRECT PRODUCTS

Custom clubs and other products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer will have an extended handling time. Choice of shipping carrier and service is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
