Proprietary i-FORGED (Impact Forged) construction brings together precision metallurgy and targeted reinforcement. They begin with a softer forged face for superb feel, then selectively condense reinforcement into key areas for strength and stability. Tungsten weighting further optimizes center of gravity, ensuring every swing delivers both power and responsiveness.
The MainFrame technology features a network of milled channels on the rear of the iron face, saving weight while increasing Moment of Inertia (MOI). The result: amplified ball speed, enhanced stability on off-center impacts, and a more forgiving feel.
The Tour V.T. Sole is engineered for seamless turf interaction—its carefully calibrated sole width, bounce, and strategic notching allow the iron to glide through turf, sand, and rough without sacrificing speed or causing drag.
Groove patterns are fine-tuned across the set for optimized spin performance: irons 3–7 offer wider grooves for enhanced control, while 8–AW feature deeper, narrower grooves for added bite. Each club also benefits from precision laser milling between grooves to elevate shot consistency.
Blending function and form, the Players-Distance Shape delivers enhanced forgiveness and distance thanks to a slightly wider sole and refined blade length and offset. All while maintaining an exceptionally clean aesthetic at address.
