Features and Technology

i-FORGED Construction

They use the innovative i-FORGED (Impact Forged) process, blending targeted steel treatments and precision forging to optimize feel, distance, and control. This approach strengthens each iron while retaining a softer, more responsive face—a perfect foundation for both performance and player feedback

MainFrame Variable Face Design

They integrate the third-generation MainFrame technology—an intricate pattern of milled channels and variable-thickness geometry on the back of the face. This boosts ball speed and raises MOI, especially on off-center strikes. The wider toe-side channel shifts mass lower and inward for added forgiveness and consistency.

Tour V.T. Sole Geometry

Their Tour V.T. (V-shaped) Sole features a purposeful design of sole width, bounce, and notching that ensures clean turf interaction. This allows the club to glide through fairway, rough, or sand with minimal resistance, keeping ball speed steady even in challenging lies.

Progressive Groove Architecture

They utilize a Progressive Groove system—long and mid irons (3–7) feature wider, shallower grooves for optimized spin and distance, while short irons (8–PW) have deeper, narrower grooves for enhanced bite. Laser milling between grooves further sharpens control across all conditions.

Hollow-Body, Two-Piece Construction
