Srixon ZX7 Irons

Compact. Soft. Workable. A players iron that  looks and feels like a blade while offering more speed and total control - ZX7 has it all. A compact top-line, single piece forging, and narrow sole provide the workability, feel, and aesthetics of a world-class players iron.

Features of the Srixon ZX7 Irons

Tour Cavity:

Skilled players want it all: power, forgiveness, and total control. ZX7 shifts minimal weighting towards the perimeter while also concentrating mass right on the sweet spot. Slight assistance on off center strikes, remarkably soft feel, and every ounce of workability demanded by the worlds best.

Progressive Grooves:

The key to better iron play is consistency. Moving throughout the set, ZX7 offers progressive grooves that are wider 3i-7i while the 8i-PW have deeper, closer set grooves. This provides consistent spin rates and launch angles across the set, with fewer surprises and more stopping power.

Tour V.T. Sole:

The unique Tour V.T. sole gives Srixon irons a leg up on the competition. Providing smoother turf interaction and improved impact feel, the V-shaped sole glides through turf even when. Srixon's popular sole notches also enhance workability without sacrificing forgiveness.

Multi-Piece Construction:

Premium, high-density tungsten in ZX7's long and mid irons maximizes heel-toe MOI while a forged 1020 Carbon Steel body absorbs vibrations at impact for buttery soft feel.

Model  Selection: Srixon ZX7 Irons: vs. Srixon ZX5 Irons:

Srixon ZX7 Irons:

Retains a thin topline (similar to ZX7), but features a slightly longer blade, wider sole, and more offset to enhance forgiveness.

Srixon ZX5 Irons:

A thin topline and low offset create a classic tour-preferred address shape.

Srixon ZX Utility Iron:

Thinner and smaller than previous generations but still largest of the three. Specs transition well with ZX7 or ZX5 for optimal combo set capabilities.
